Return, Refund, Exchange and Cancellation policy

 

We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

• You have 2 days from the time you receive your product to seek an exchange. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 5-8 days to execute the exchange.

• Your item must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with all tags still intact, unused, and unwashed. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 

• The exchange will be initiated after the product is received. Exchanges take 5-8 business days to process. You shall receive the new shipping details once we receive the original product at the warehouse. 

Cancellation Policies

• To Cancel the order kindly email at support@falconclothing.in or WhatsApp  on +919711217418 Type "Cancel" along with the <Order_id>. You will get the notification once your order is cancelled.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 
• You must first receive and then return the order if you want to cancel an already-shipped item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your Falcon Wallet within 10 business days. Wallet money can be used on any future purchase on our website. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@falconclothing.in
